Aviara: Setting Sail on a New Venture

It's a daunting task to launch a profitable business from scratch to a completely new consumer. But we live for daunting tasks. So when we discovered an opportunity to launch a luxury boat business, we put our strategic minds to work and "set sail" on a potentially lucrative new venture.
Work
We knew that if we could get three new pre-orders for our luxury boat, each costing more than $400k, we would have enough to seed our launch. To hit our target, we implemented a first-of-its-kind lead generation engine and digital strategy.
Impact
Because of our lead generation engine, we were able to 7x our initial spend, continue driving leads beyond the Covid bump, and position Aviara for its highest sales year in 2024. Daunting tasks require extraordinary strategy. By continuing to refine our process, we overcame many of the setbacks new ventures experience in their first three years of growth.
