Superfeet makes premium insoles for driven consumers and wanted to expand into the B2B industrial market. But a new market means a new go to market strategy. Superfeet hired Verify to understand their new buyer and what this new buyer valued.

We love helping established enterprises discover new adjacent markets. So, we went to work on desk research and consumer interviews to understand if the market opportunity was there and, if so, the best way to make this opportunity a reality.
Impact
Not only did we verify that there was a B2B opportunity in the industrial space, but we discovered an adjacent consumer that could be equally served by their product. In other words, the opportunity for their new business unit was bigger than they realized. Given what we learned, we set out to help them develop a more robust pilot program to aid the launch launch their new Work line.
