REI: Real-time Data helps Content Focus

REI wanted to prioritize the outdoor social content that connected most with their customer. But short of stalking and looking over their followers shoulders, they didn't know how to best learn what content was most helpful. REI partnered with Verify to figure out a way to understand which content is most valuable.

Traditional analytics only tell part of the story. We set out to discover what consumers thought of content the moment they received it. Within four weeks, we built a tool that captured reactions in real time and oversaw the research experiment.
