Allergan: Advantage of Synthesized Data

Allergan wanted to bring all their digital programs into one easy-to-use place to serve their practices better. Not only does this help practices run efficiently, it also helps them create a better user experience for their patients. Allergan worked with Verify to develop a new platform for their digital offerings.

Work

By working with their team, we conducted interviews, synthesized the data into a set of recommendations, and worked with developers to create a new platform. We created the logo, brand, and promotional materials to ensure success, including hype videos, booklets, swag, and a digital kit. We also conducted a multi-city pilot to inform, and UI/UX changes to the site before a national rollout.

Impact

Ultimately, we helped Allergan roll out a platform that puts practitioners first. Our platform integrated Allergan's digital offerings, adding immense value to Allergan practices and patients.
