Allergan: Loyalty Pays

Allergan is in the business of people. After years of leading the physician industry, Allergan needed to protect its position and maintain patient loyalty. Patient loyalty is critical to the success of the business and helps create the best consistency of care for the patients. Allergan approached Verify to benchmark, test, and design a new physician loyalty program and platform.
Work
Working with the Physician Loyalty Team and Ad Boards, we created custom research interviews to understand better why a patient sticks with a physician. This research helped us develop a custom digital platform for use on tablets to showcase new loyalty programs. Along with digital platforms, we helped create ancillary collateral to help train and inform physicians how to best cultivate loyalty through the new programs.
Impact
Through our work with Allergan, their revenue and patient retention grew leading to their acquisition by Abvie.
