MasterCraft: Better Data Produces Better Outcomes

In a competitive market, better, accurate data is the difference between leading or falling behind. MasterCraft had invested in infrastructure that allowed them to see portions of their user journey, a valuable part of any marketing strategy. Unfortunately, they still could not capture real-time interaction data, making it difficult to maximize their marketing spend and beat out their competition.

Work

MasterCraft connected with Venture to better understand when, where, and how to spend their marketing dollars. To understand their consumers better, we created a data-gathering program to give them insight into actual customer behavior at point of sale.

Impact

By looking at the consumer's interaction with the dealer at the time of the transaction, we helped them build a more comprehensive understanding of their customer's journey. This data was critical in directing funds to the digital tools and marketing that would impact the most growth.
