Mobe: Leveraging the Power of Community

Mobe's business model depended on a long-term, trusted relationship with those moving from sick care to well care. With improved retention as a priority, the VP of Innovation reached out to Verify to discover, design, and pilot a new user engagement engine.
Work
Working with a cross-functional team from Mobe, we conducted primary user research culminating in a multi-day design sprint. Through this, we created four potential solutions to test how to maintain user retention through the full cycle of wellness care.
Impact
Verify discovered that one of the core ingredients for Mobe's success was peer-supported motivation. Behavior change doesn't happen in isolation. With Mobe's digital community, several thousand members are supporting each other as they move from sick care to well care.
